During 26–29 June 2018 Opti-Soft will participate in RosUPAK 2018 and present its software planning and management system for enterprises producing corrugated cardboard goods. Our stand number is A151. RosUpack is the largest packaging industry event in Russia and Eastern Europe. The exhibition is attended by managers and specialists of Russian and foreign companies of various sectors of the economy looking for suppliers of packaging equipment, materials, raw materials or finished goods.

Use of Opti-Loading at JSC "Mondi Syktyvkarsky LPK" prolonged

An amendment was signed to prolong the use of the "cloud" software Opti-Loading for optimal loading of finished goods into transport at JSC "Mondi Syktyvkarsky LPK" for next 12 months. The service allows to optimally distribute the finished goods in the form of rolls of paper or cardboard of various formats and diameters, as well as pallets, boxes or mixed load into transport (containers, wagons, motor vehicles).

Opti-Corrugated to be installed at "VolgaGofroPack+"

Installation of "Opti-Corrugated" system started at "VolgaGofroPack+" LLC (Tolyatti, Samara region). "Opti-Corrugated" will be integrated with existing accounting and financial systems and solve problems of optimal planning and production of corrugated board goods. "VolgaGofroPack+" (VGP +) is the most modern enterprise producing corrugated board and goods (boxes, trays, sheets, gaskets of all types and sizes) in the Volga region. The annual production capacity of the enterprise exceeds 120 mln m2 of corrugated board.

IT-park of PetrSU offers you to use the cloud system of optimal planning (CSOP) "Sawmilling". CSOP allows you to effectively solve the following tasks of production planning, using the specialized mathematical models and the optimization algorithms developed by employees of the IT-park, regardless of the amount of orders and the equipment configuration of the enterprise:

    • the calculation of the volumetrical plan of the product release as for an operational, and as well as for a long period, providing balanced, numerical and dimensionally qualitive structure of the sawed logs and the produced timber, for the most effective realization of specified order from the existing raw materials, taking into account industrial and marketing factors;
    • the calculation of the coordinated plans of cutting for several sawmilling lines;
    • the determination of the profitability of new orders in conjuction with the current production plan and in conjuction with the other potential orders;
    • the calculation of the order of cutting of the sawing patterns, taking into account the presence of raw materials, the expected deliveries and other features for more densed load of drying chambers;



The main economic impact of the CSOP "Sawmilling" usage is to increase the outcome of useful production, the reduction of expense on raw materials, the determination of the profitability of incoming orders and the compression of work schedule of the equipment.
